It was easy dealing with M&N Auto. Ilya followed thru with the promises he made. He was excellent and professional. The transaction went very smooth. I highly recommend Ilya . It was the easiest automobile transaction I've ever had. Most of the transaction was done by text or phone. I sent Ilya pictures of the trade in car and I accepted the offer. The money was sent to my bank account even before the company ever saw the car in person. The entire transaction at the office took less than a half an hour. New plates were already on my new leased car and the old plates were surrendered to the DMV. Thank you Ilya for such a smooth transaction and all your help.

It's like having your own personal car shopper!

Short version: Felix got me a new car within a single day at a great price and was very professional and did not try to push for anything more expensive than what I wanted.

Long version: Was looking for a new midsize SUV and wanted to check out leasing companies as dealerships are very difficult to work with. They'll tell you a car is available for just 300 a month and then when you arrive they'll say "Sorry, it's not in stock right now, but here's one for just 600 a month, it's a great deal!"

Worked with Felix on my new car and not only did he not try to aggressively upsell me, but he shopped around various dealers to get the best price for me. Came out to 678 a month for a fully loaded Santa Fe Calligraphy (the highest trim).

I'm sure not all leasing companies will avoid outdated and psychologically manipulative sales tactics such as the ones dealerships use, but they're probably hard to come by.

M & N is just one of those rare gems that'll work for you. It's like having your own personal car shopper!
